In our commitment to providing a convenient and transparent shopping experience, we at YemenX (YAMNEX) explain to our valued customers all the terms and policies governing sales, shipping, returns, and warranty. These terms are binding on all transactions made through the store.
Warranty
- Most products are covered by a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
- We only cover the return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items.
- Submit a warranty request with the invoice and a description of the problem
- We inspect the item, and if it is eligible, we repair or replace it.
- The solution process may take 2 to 5 business days depending on the product.
Warranty does not cover
- Damage resulting from misuse, overclocking, improper installation, physical abuse, liquid spills, or power surges.
- Products with serial numbers that have been removed or tampered with.
- Software-related issues.
Third-party warranty (agents and suppliers)
- Some products are covered by the dealer or supplier warranty and we follow up. Or direct customers to their official service centers.
- We offer guarantees backed by agents and suppliers on all components.
Return and Exchange Policy
Return and exchange (within the first 7 days
The customer has the right to request a return or exchange of the product within a maximum period of 7 days from the date of receipt, provided that the following conditions are met:
The product must be in its original condition, unopened or unused, with all its packaging, original wrapping, accessories, and warranty cards.
Damaged or non-conforming products: If the reason for the return is a clear manufacturing defect, damage during transport before receipt, or the product does not match the displayed specifications, the platform or supplier bears all return and shipping costs.
Change of mind (customer-related reasons): If the return is for a reason not related to a defect in the product (such as the customer's desire to change the type or color), the customer bears the costs of shipping and delivery both ways, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
Appearance of defects after a week (more than 7 days)
If the initial 7-day period has passed and a manufacturing defect appears in the product, the customer is not entitled to request a cash return or refund.
In this case, the exchange or maintenance policy applies exclusively according to the approved warranty terms for the product or the manufacturing defect conditions set by the supplier.
The warranty or exchange does not cover damages resulting from misuse, dropping, exposure of the product to liquids, or attempts at individual repair outside of authorized service centers.
Non-returnable products
- The following products can only be returned or exchanged if there is a clear and proven manufacturing defect upon receipt:
Products that have been opened, used, or had their original packaging removed in a way that prevents resale.
Digital software, digital cards, or activated subscriptions.
Products that have been customized or prepared based on a special request and specific customer specifications.
- Products that show signs of use or damage caused by the customer.
Pricing policy, and order confirmation
Price accuracy: We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of the prices and specifications displayed. In the event of a technical or human error resulting in the product being displayed at an incorrect price, the store has the right to cancel or modify the order, notifying the customer immediately and refunding any amounts paid without any legal liability.
Order confirmation: An order is not considered final or binding on the store until it has been reviewed and an official confirmation has been sent to the customer via approved communication channels (email or WhatsApp).
Stock availability: All orders are subject to the availability of products from suppliers, and if a certain product runs out after the order is completed, the store has the right to cancel the order and refund the full amount to the customer or suggest a suitable alternative.
Cancellation and order modification policy
Order cancellation by the customer: The customer has the right to cancel the order before the preparation and shipping stage without any fees. However, if the order has been shipped or specially prepared, the regular return policy applies.
Order cancellation by the store: The Yemen X platform has the right to cancel any order in specific cases (such as unavailability of the product, suspicion of fraud, or inability to contact the customer to confirm the address), with notification to the customer and refund of payments.
Shipping, delivery, and receipt policy
Shipping times: Delivery time is estimated based on the customer's location and the supplier's delivery schedule, and these are estimated times and not a guaranteed commitment.
Shipping delay: Yamenex platform does not bear any responsibility for delays resulting from circumstances beyond its control (such as force majeure, weather conditions, or road and governorate closures).
Receipt Responsibility: The customer or their representative is obliged to inspect the package and the external packaging at the moment of receipt from the representative, and the signature of receipt is considered an acknowledgment that the products are visibly intact and complete with all their accessories.
Financial Refund Mechanism and Settlements
After receiving the returned product and inspecting it to ensure its safety and compliance with the return conditions, the return request is approved.
The amounts due to the customer will be refunded within a maximum period of 7 working days from the date of inspection approval, and the refund will be made through the same electronic payment method used or by the agreed bank transfer.

User Account Conditions and Eligibility
By accessing or using this site, the customer acknowledges that they have full legal capacity to enter into commercial transactions in accordance with applicable laws.
The customer is obliged to maintain the confidentiality of their account information (username and password) on the site, and is fully responsible for all activities and transactions that occur through their account.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content available on the YAMNEX, including but not limited to: logos, designs, images, texts, icons, and software, is the exclusive property of the store and is protected by intellectual property laws and copyright. It is strictly prohibited to copy, modify, or reuse any part of this content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
Accuracy of Information and Prices
We strive to provide the most accurate information and prices for our products; however, in the event of an unintended technical error in the pricing or description of a product, the store reserves the right to cancel or modify the order, with our commitment to communicate with the customer and refund any amounts paid in full.
Disclaimer and its limits
The store makes every effort to ensure the stability of the site and the availability of services around the clock, but we do not accept legal responsibility for any temporary service interruption resulting from software maintenance work, or technical circumstances beyond our will and control.
Applicable law and disputes
These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws and regulations in force in the markets where the store conducts its business and provides its services (the Republic of Yemen), and any dispute that may arise shall be settled by the competent judicial authorities.
